I've used this location for shipping hundreds of packages to Amazon and also have used their fax services. Always quick and accurate. Love them!
I've had really great luck here, the staff is very nice and helpful. Along with the other's though, I do agree the management is sorely lacking customer service skills, but she has a nice, helpful, friendly staff. I have no problems with them, my packages are always sent in a timely manner, and smoothly.
I used the printing services and was very pleased. The lady was so extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I was happy with the finished product. It's less expensive than kinkos and they do not charge to make cuts for you. I will never go to the FedEx kinkos again. Thanks.
I have sent many packages through this UPS and Lynette has always been great to work with. Always giving service with a smile and going the extra mile to make everything seamless.
Horrible customer service. Employees are young, inexperienced and left alone. Manager leaves early and is of no help. Customer beware. I would recommend going to another location or better yet, FedEx.
